  • Prepare the Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • Cook the Stuffing: If you’re using store-bought stuffing, follow the package instructions to prepare it. If you’re making homemade stuffing, sauté your choice of bread cubes with butter, onions, celery, and seasonings until golden, then moisten with broth to desired texture.
  • Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, prepared stuffing, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Prepare the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, just until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble the Burritos: Spread a thin layer of herb butter on each tortilla, leaving an inch around the edges.
