4 ears of fresh sweet corn, husked and cut into thirds

8 slices of thick-cut bacon, chopped into small pieces

1 medium red onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1 teaspoon chili powder (for a spicy kick)

Prepare the Foil Sheets: Cut four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each measuring approximately 12x12 inches, and lay them out flat on a clean workspace.
