1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup fresh spinach or mixed salad greens

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to let the flavors meld.

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the marinated chicken breasts from the bowl, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
