Make the Raspberry Mint Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine the 2 cups of fresh raspberries, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup of water. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally until the sugar has completely dissolved and the raspberries have softened and broken down, which should take about 5-7 minutes. Once ready, remove the saucepan from heat and add the packed fresh mint leaves. Allow the mixture to steep for approximately 15 minutes to infuse the mint flavor. After steeping, strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the solids. Set the syrup aside to cool completely.

    Prepare the Glasses: Select your glassware; tall glasses or mason jars are perfect for serving. If you like, fill each glass halfway with ice cubes for a refreshing touch.
