1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 medium onion, sliced

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

8 small flour or corn tortillas

For the Avocado Cream:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

    - In a blender or food processor, place the ripe avocado, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the avocado cream and adjust the salt if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

      Season the Chicken:

        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well, ensuring that each piece of chicken is thoroughly coated with the spices and oil for maximum flavor.
