1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to your spice preference)

Juice and zest of 1 large lemon

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
