1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

8 mini slider buns

2 ripe avocados, mashed

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Prepare the Turkey Patties: In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey along with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Using your hands or a spoon, mix the ingredients thoroughly until just combined. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into small patties, about 1 inch thick.

    Cook the Turkey Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil to coat the bottom. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the turkey patties in the skillet. Cook for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side, until the patties are well browned and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from heat and set aside.

      Fry the Eggs: In the same skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil if necessary to prevent sticking. Crack each egg into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks.
