1 red bell pepper, diced into small cubes

1 green bell pepper, diced into small cubes

1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Cook the Sausages: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mini Italian sausages to the skillet in a single layer. Sauté them for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are nicely browned on all sides and cooked through. Once done, transfer the sausages to a cutting board and set aside to cool slightly before slicing.
