3 medium zucchinis

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (using rotisserie chicken works particularly well)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to your heat preference)

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional for extra flavor)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste
