2 oz cream cheese

1 large egg

1 ½ cups almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Sugar-free marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to ensure the breadsticks release easily after baking.

    Melt the Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well in between each interval. Continue until the cheeses are fully melted and smooth, which should take about 1 to 1.5 minutes.

      Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until evenly distributed.

        Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the melted cheese mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Crack the egg into the bowl as well, and mix everything together until a cohesive dough forms. You may need to use your hands to knead the dough lightly to fully incorporate all ingredients.
