Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to your desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt variety)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Optional: ¼ cup granola or crushed nuts for an extra crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with honey or maple syrup and lemon juice. Using a fork or potato masher, gently mash the strawberries to release their juices, while keeping some chunks intact for a pleasant texture.

Mix the Yogurt: In another bowl, blend the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This will provide a deliciously rich base for your pops.

Layer the Pops: Take your popsicle molds and begin layering the ingredients. Start by adding a spoonful of the strawberry mixture to the bottom of each mold. Follow with a layer of yogurt. Continue alternating layers of strawberry and yogurt until the molds are nearly full, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you desire some added texture, sprinkle a bit of granola or crushed nuts on top of the final layer of yogurt.

Insert Sticks: Carefully place the popsicle sticks into the molds. Ensure they are centered and secure so they won’t topple over while freezing.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: When you’re ready to enjoy your pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles from the molds. Savor the refreshing taste of your Strawberry Bliss Frozen Yogurt Pops!

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6
