Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt variety)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (feel free to adjust based on your sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh raspberries (alternatively, use thawed frozen raspberries)

1/4 cup granola (for a delightful topping)

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or nuts (for extra texture and flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or spatula to blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Line the Baking Sheet: Take a baking sheet measuring approximately 9x13 inches and line it with parchment paper. Allow some overhang on the sides; this will make lifting the yogurt bark out easier later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it into an even layer, aiming for a thickness of about 1/2 inch across the sheet.

Add Raspberries: Gently arrange the fresh raspberries over the yogurt layer, ensuring they are evenly distributed. If desired, lightly press them into the yogurt for better adherence.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of the yogurt. If you’re including chopped dark chocolate or nuts, sprinkle them over the mixture now for an added delightful crunch.

Freeze: Carefully transfer the baking sheet to your freezer. Allow the yogurt bark to freeze for about 4 to 6 hours, or until it is completely firm to the touch.

Break into Pieces: Once fully frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the baking sheet. Break it into irregular pieces or cut it into squares, depending on your preference.

Serve & Enjoy: You can serve your yogurt bark immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy it straight from the freezer or allow it to sit for a minute to soften slightly before indulging!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4-6 hours | Servings: 8-10 pieces

                    - Presentation Tips: For an appealing presentation, serve the yogurt bark on a decorative plate and garnish with extra fresh raspberries or a drizzle of honey.
