Ingredients

4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably plain or vanilla for added flavor)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your desired sweetness)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for additional depth of flavor)

A pinch of salt to enhance sweetness

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Kiwi Puree: In a blender or food processor, add the chopped kiwis. Blend the kiwis until they reach a smooth and vibrant puree consistency. Set aside.

Create the Yogurt Mixture: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, your choice of honey or maple syrup, the fresh lime juice, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously until all ingredients are smoothly integrated and the mixture is creamy.

Layer the Ingredients: Take each popsicle mold and pour about one tablespoon of the kiwi puree into the bottom. Follow with a layer of the yogurt mixture, then add another layer of kiwi puree on top. Repeat the layering process until the molds are filled, but leave a bit of space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

Insert the Sticks: Carefully place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, ensuring they are vertical and well-centered.

Freeze: Gently transfer the filled molds into the freezer. Let them freeze for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold and Savor: To release the popsicles from their molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them. Gently pull on the popsicle sticks to remove. Enjoy your refreshing Kiwi Splash Yogurt Pops immediately!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6-8 pops

                - Presentation Tips: Consider serving the popsicles on a colorful plate, garnished with extra kiwi slices or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for an extra touch of tropical flair!
