Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (choose plain for a tangy flavor or vanilla for sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option, use maple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: Dark chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

Prep the Blueberries: Rinse the fresh blueberries gently under cold running water. After rinsing, carefully pat them dry using a paper towel. Ensuring the blueberries are completely dry is important to prevent excess moisture in your yogurt clusters.

Mix the Yogurt: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Coat the Blueberries: Carefully fold the dried blueberries into the yogurt mixture. Use a spatula to ensure all the blueberries are evenly coated without smashing them.

Form Clusters: Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, create clusters by dropping spoonfuls of the yogurt-coated blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between each cluster to allow for even freezing.

Freeze Clusters: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for approximately 1 to 2 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle: If you wish to add a decadent touch, melt a small amount of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until completely smooth. Once the yogurt clusters are frozen, drizzle the melted chocolate over them for an elegant finish.

Enjoy Your Treats: Once the clusters are fully frozen, move them into an airtight container for storage. Keep them in the freezer and enjoy these delightful yogurt bites as a cool snack anytime you like!
