Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (choose plain or vanilla according to your preference)

2 tablespoons honey (or substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup almond butter (optional, for a nutty twist)

1/4 cup granola (for topping, optional)

Popsicle molds

Wooden sticks or reusable pop sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Start by peeling the ripe bananas and placing them in a blender or food processor. Blend the bananas on high speed until they are completely smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.

Mix in Yogurt and Sweetener: To the smooth banana puree, add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend again until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture has a creamy, uniform consistency.

Add Almond Butter: If you opt for almond butter, gently fold it into the banana-yogurt mixture. Do this carefully to create delightful swirls throughout the mixture without fully blending it in; this will give your pops a beautiful marbled look.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the banana-yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds. Make sure to leave a little space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as the mixture freezes.

Add Toppings: If you like some added texture, sprinkle granola on top of each pop. Lightly press the granola down into the mixture to ensure it sticks.

Insert Sticks: Take your popsicle sticks and insert them into the center of each mold, making sure they're standing straight. Avoid letting them touch the sides of the molds to ensure even freezing.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: When ready to enjoy your pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull out the pops and savor your delicious frozen treats!

Storage: If you don't eat all the pops right away, store the extras in an airtight container or wrap them individually in plastic wrap. They can be kept in the freezer for up to a month.
