Ingredients

  • 0.5 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 0.25 pound Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 whole egg
  • optional sea salt
  • optional freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the crescent dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate it into 8 triangles as indicated on the packaging.
  • Assemble the bites: On each triangle, place a small piece of Brie cheese at the wider end, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of chopped rosemary.
  • Roll them up: Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the point to form a crescent shape. Ensure the ends are sealed.
  • Prepare for baking: Place the rolled crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper for added flavor.
  • Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  • Serve warm: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven.
