12 lasagna noodles

1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cook the Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Once done, drain the noodles and spread them flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and prevent sticking.

      Prepare the Filling: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped spinach, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
