3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil. Season generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, ensuring all sides are evenly coated.
