1 lb (450g) chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups fresh spinach leaves, tightly packed

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta of your choice and cook according to the package directions until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain the pasta, reserving a small cup of the starchy water, and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning it generously with salt and pepper.
