2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C), ensuring a hot environment for perfect baking.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Once done, drain it well and set it aside.

      Sauté the Spinach: In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for approximately 1 minute, stirring frequently until it becomes fragrant. If you're using fresh spinach, add it to the skillet now and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it wilts. If you're opting for frozen spinach, simply add it to the skillet to heat through until warm.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
