2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup mixed salad greens (such as spinach, arugula, or romaine)

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or substitute with sour cream)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas (or your preferred wrap)

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan or a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C). After cooking, remove the chicken from the pan and allow it to rest for about 3-5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
