2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on your spice preference)

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package (1 lb) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup green onions, finely sliced (for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). While it heats, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, mozzarella cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Set the bowl aside to let the flavors meld.

      Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle approximately ¼ inch thick, ensuring an even thickness for uniform cooking.

        Fill the Dough: Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1 inch of space from the edges. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese generously over the chicken.

          Roll the Dough: Starting from one edge of the rectangle, tightly roll the dough into a log shape, being careful to keep the filling secure inside. Pinch the seams well to ensure the rolls do not open during baking.
