8 oz rotini pasta

4 strips of thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1/2 cup cucumbers, peeled and diced

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup green onions, sliced thinly

1/2 cup ranch dressing

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1/4 tsp smoked paprika for a subtle smoky flavor

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold running water to halt the cooking process. Set the pasta aside to cool completely.

    Prepare the Bacon: While the pasta is cooking, place a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon strips until they are crispy and golden brown. Once done, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease. Allow it to cool slightly before crumbling it into bite-sized pieces.

      Combine the Salad Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled pasta along with the crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, diced cucumbers, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well mixed.
